Celebrate Undertale’s 6th anniversary with Deltarune Chapter 2
Nearly three years after its first launch, Toby Fox, the developer of Undertale, finally announced the arrival of Deltarune Chapter 2 during Undertale’s 6th anniversary livestream today.
The pixel RPG follows the human-monster pair, Kris and Susie, who get transported to the bizarre “Dark World” and cluelessly wind up as its heroes. Wanting to find their way back home, Kris and Susie take up Rasiel, a Dark World inhabitant, as their guide out, all while the prophesied trio tries to restore balance to the world.
A teaser of the upcoming release was dropped on Twitter, as well as the game’s official website.

While waiting for the second chapter of the game, you can still grab Deltarune Chapter 1 on PC/Mac, Nintendo Switch, and Playstation 4 for free. According to the FAQs, save files from the first chapter are carried over to the next, after viewing the in-game credits.
Deltarune Chapter 2 will be available for both Mac and PC on September 17 (8 AM PST).
