FSL Launches Player and Talent Mentorship Programs

FSL has launched both player and talent mentorship programs for aspiring female players and shoutcasters in the APAC region.

The Player Mentorship Program is open to all women who want to improve themselves as competitive players. Mentees will be taught basic fundamentals (e.g movement, aim, and angle), VOD reviewing, and communication skills. Here are more of the details about the Player Mentorship Program:

Meanwhile, the Talent Mentorship Program is open to all aspiring shoutcasters looking to learn and hone their skills. Mentees will be taught fundamentals like voice control and creating narratives, researching and preparing for a broadcast, and how to create a portfolio and casting reels. Here are more of the details about the Talent Mentorship Program:

Duration: March-September 2022

Mentors:

  • Nico “BlackenBlue” Gayoso (English)
  • Waralee “CatCaster” Sulaiman (Thai)
  • Albert “FrostMisty” Giovanni (Bahasa)

Individuals who will be able to show “tremendous growth and improvement over the course of the program” will have a chance to be a part of the talent roster of the VCT Game Changers APAC Series.
