Team Liquid apologizes to Team Secret for labeling them mid
In a recent video, Team Liquid admits Team Secret is actually better than what they previously thought when they made their own tier list of teams.

Narrated by Team Liquid streamer Connor “Sliggy” Blomfield, Team Liquid admitted they messed up putting Team Secret in the C-tier in one of their videos last month where they ranked every VALORANT team participating in Valorant Champions Tour LOCK//IN.
In the video, Sliggy complimented one of Team Secret’s setups during their battle at Fracture in LOCK//IN which Team Liquid lost 13-7.
Despite what Jayvee “DubsteP” Paguirigan suggested to Yinsu Collins, Team Liquid decided to put Team Secret in C-tier as they believed Team Secret was a middle-of-the-pack type of team.
Unfortunately for Team Liquid, the supposed C-tier Team Secret managed to topple them in Omega Bracket’s first round of matchups, losing the series through a 2-0 sweep.
The LOCK//IN matchup was also Igor “Redgar” Vlasov and Ayaz “nAts” Akhmetshin’s second meeting with Team Secret as they previously won against them at Champions 2022 during their time with Gambit.

Sadly, both Team Secret and Team Liquid will have to wait and see if they will have another chance to battle it out in the next international LAN event. For now, both teams need to qualify first for the only VALORANT Masters this year in Tokyo, Japan, with Team Secret battling for supremacy in the Pacific League in South Korea while Team Liquid goes against everyone in the EMEA League in Berlin, Germany.
