TI5 EU Qualifiers: Na’vi Back on Track, Alliance Eliminated
As the European Qualifiers marks its end, two former The International champions met a different ending with their goal to regain their former title. Na’vi took the first spot in the group stages and will be fighting 4 Anchors in the upper brackets while Alliance was not able to make the cut.
Joining Na’vi and 4 Anchors is Ninjas in Pajamas who is still waiting for their opponent in the lower brackets. LondonC and Vega will fight for the last spot in the double elimination stage.

Na’vi was the first team that won in The International last 2011 and Alliance deemed champions during the The International 3. The International was the first gaming tournament that offered $1 million dollar prize pool. From there, eSports boomed and became as big as it is today. The International 5 prizepool is already reaching $10.04 million and might exceed last year’s total prizepool which amounted to $10.93 million. This year’s prizepool might even set another record for eSports.
Meanwhile the Southeast Asian Qualifiers will undergo a tiebreaker between Rave and MVP.Phoenix, loser will be placed in the lower bracket to fight TheNetCom Pro Team (TnC) while the winner will be placed in the upper bracket with MVP.Hot6.
