Vietnam’s Neilyo Takes Hearthstone World Championship Southeast Asia Region Title

Lan “Neilyo” Trang from Hanoi, Vietnam took the title against Filipino counterpart Jan Marvin “Chalk” Zaldivar. After a whole day of Hearthstone matches, Neilyo takes the finals match from Chalk with the final score of 3-1.

Neilyo will now represent the Southeast Asian region in the upcoming Road to BlizzCon Asia Pacific Regional Qualifiers wherein he’ll square against fellow qualified players from Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Australia/New Zealand.

The Hearthstone World Championships is game development company Blizzard’s annual tournament with a total prize pool of $250,000 (Php 11,250,000~) to determine who’s the best Hearthstone player in the whole world.
