Na’Vi revamps again, Goblak replaces FNG
Goblak goes back, again.
The Ukrainian Dota 2 organization, Natus Vincere (Na’Vi), confirms the replacement of Artem “fng” Barshack by Artur “Goblak” Kostenk, following earlier news and speculations of changes in the team.
The decision was based on the lackluster performance of the team in the past events and had nothing to do with fng’s performance.
“Unfortunately notwithstanding the last victory at D2CL, the total amount of losses has gone beyond the limit,” said Na’Vi in a statement. “This decision has nothing to do with Artem’s level of game performance, the results at D2CL proving that. However the squad’s results of the last tournaments showed that the team has lacked the leader’s decisions lately.”
Goblak will serve as the team captain. He is not new to Na’Vi; he played for the team 2010, and served as the team’s coach during The International (TI) 4 in 2014.
