Over the past few weeks, rumors have been circling about potential changes to our DOTA roster. After our insane performance on the first major the expectation from the fans and the management were at the all-time high but we failed to live on that expectation due to a lot of factors. Kuku and Ryo departed from our team with the first citing “personal problems” and the latter decided to go and rebuild his former team. We picked up the pubstar, Benhur, and a star from the South, Bok, to replace them and rebuild our team.

After a lot of thinking and deliberation, we’ve decided to change our roster once again and put our coach, Cast, on our starting five while our support player, JessieVash will move on the 6th man/substitute position. We were determined to change our team’s composition because we want to bring back our team and our country to the pedestal where it belongs.

We hope this change will be bring back the winning form on our team.

Thanks to all our sponsors for the continuous (sic) as well as to our real and loyal fans who’s with us through thick and thin.

This comes in line with an earlier statement from Mineski’s manager, Yamyam “Yammerz” Villanueva Yui, in which she stated that Mineski will have a new lineup in the works.

As a result of the changes, Jessie Cristy “JessieVash” Cuyco will become Mineski.Sports5’s sixth man, while Mark “Cast” Pilar will enter the primary roster.

Since both of them were already locked into Mineski.Sports5’s roster before the deadline, the changes will not affect Mineski’s qualification and/or invitation status.

MINESKI LINEUP

Mineski.Sports5 had a couple of good runs with their former roster, including a strong showing at the Frankfurt Dota 2 Major where they finished joint 9th-12th place, as well as a joint 7th/8th place finish in the fourth edition of the Summit.
