The farewell video contained heartfelt messages from the remaining members of Oasis Gaming’s VALORANT roster with some of them casually dropping the news that Nexi has transferred to another team. As to which team Nexi moved to, word on the street is that he will be joining the remaining NAOS core along with another Filipino player.

Nexi joined Oasis Gaming’s VALORANT roster back in January of this year after his stint with Rex Regum Qeon. His tenure with Oasis Gaming saw both ups and downs. As Oasis Gaming’s designated Killjoy, Nexi bagged a bronze medal in the 32nd Southeast Asian Games but also consistently fell short of winning the grand finals of VALORANT Challengers League Philippines 2023’s Split 1 and Split 2.

With Nexi off to a new team, Oasis Gaming’s roster is left with the following:

  • Jose Eduardo “Draxii” Jamir
  • Mark Anthony “marky” Tuling
  • George Audrey “Georggyyy” Lachica
  • Xavier “xavi8k” Juan
  • Bhreyanne Christ “Wild0reoo” Reyes
  • Jose Carlo “Rbtx” Jamir (Head Coach)
  • Rommuel Carlo “Eraxx” Santos (Coach)
