In the playoffs, they defeated their first opponent, 00 Nation, before succumbing to their eventual grand final opponent Luminosity in the upper bracket semis, pushing them down to the lower bracket of the tournament. From there, they clawed their way towards the grand final, beating the likes of Akjil, Mjk, and Oyasumi Makuro, before they, unfortunately, lost once again to Luminosity in a 3-0 sweep.

As the tournament’s first runner-up, OMO Abyssinian will take home USD $75,000 out of the USD $500,000 prize pool.
