Fnatic ONIC PH lifted the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League – Philippines (MPL-PH) Season 14 championship trophy – the cherry on top after a commanding regular season.

The MPL-PH Season 14 Grand Final

Fnatic ONIC Philippines completed their victory run with a win over Aurora in the MPL-PH Season 14 Grand Final last October 20th at Green Sun Hotel, Makati.

The best-of-seven final saw Aurora and FNOP’s clash go the distance. Games 1 and 2 went to FNOP, a testament to their dominance over the league. Aurora swung back in game 3, but FNOP placed themselves on match point after game 4.

Two swift wins from RORA later, the final was reduced to a best-of-one. Fnatic ONIC PH took the game 7 win in 21 minutes, earning the season title. Duane “Kelra” Pillas was awarded the finals MVP award.

Fnatic ONIC PH only dropped one match in the regular season and consistently topped the standings. They finished at 13 wins and 1 loss. This earned them a bye into the upper bracket semifinals, where they swept Aurora and sent them to the lower bracket. In the upper bracket final, they faced M5 World Champions Falcons AP.Bren. FCAP was able to take a game off FNOP, but they ultimately fell.

Despite missing both Blacklist International and Team Liquid PH (previously known as ECHO Philippines), this final was the most-viewed game in MPL-PH history. The game peaked at 1.6 million concurrent viewers.

Fnatic ONIC Philippines and Aurora will be the Philippines’ representatives in the M6 World Championship later this November.
