5 Things To Do With Your Ka-Duo This Valentine’s Day
Ah, it’s the month of love again. You know what that means: it’s time to prep for Valentine’s Day. Do you still have trouble figuring out what to do this February 14? Fret not as here are 5 things you can do with your ka-duo:
1. Go on an arcade/virtual date
You have 2 choices: Arcade Dates or Virtual Dates. Either way, you’ll both gonna be having fun for sure.
For arcade games, there are a plethora of things you and your ka-duo can opt to do. You can choose to play that co-op fps game, find out who’s the faster and better driver in racing games, play
As for virtual dates, it’s pretty much self-explanatory. Just go to your favorite virtual chat game and have some fun times with your ka-duo. Spice it up by role-playing a scenario you and your ka-duo have yet to encounter in real life. Who knows, you might discover new things both of you might not know about each other.
2. Shop for games you can play together
Since both of you are gamers, why not buy games both of you can play? We heard Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl were good remakes. Why not buy both games so that you and your ka-duo can see them for yourselves? Haven’t tried It Takes Two yet? It’s on Steam.
We’re just not sure if Valentine’s discounts exist but if you’ve got extra cash then game shopping with your ka-duo wouldn’t really hurt.
3. Binge watch some films/series
Is going out off your list? You and your ka-duo can binge-watch some films and series instead! There are a lot of available choices and here are some of our recommendations:
- Immerse yourselves in Dota 2’s lore with Dota: Dragon’s Blood.
- Fancy the horror genre? Castlevania has four seasons to binge-watch.
- Arcane is so good as a series we wrote two editorials about it (check it here and here).
- Check out the live adaptation of The Witcher series and maybe check its animated prequel as well.
- Angelina Jolie’s Tomb Raider films are certified classics. You should watch them as well.
There’s a lot of content available for consumption so might as well make Valentine’s a binge-watch day.
4. Cosplay your favorite characters together
You both like playing games. Those games have characters. Now wouldn’t it be fun if both of you recreate your fave characters in real life? If you find that idea appealing, it’s time for a duo cosplay!
5. Find creative ways to play games together
Lastly, the most obvious choice for you to do with your ka-duo is to play games together. However, why don’t you change some things for a refreshing take? Play tag in VALORANT with both of you using Neon. Think both of you are pretty skilled? Put that to the test in a duo-only tournament. Do a Minecraft speedrun wherein the fastest one to obtain diamonds wins the game. Be creative.
Hopefully, we’ve inspired you with our suggestions. However, the most effective way to show your affection to your ka-duo is to make it personal. So take our suggestions and make it yours. Good luck with your date and Happy Valentine’s!
